No NGO can be entirely self-sufficient but we do our best to support our operations by means of commercial activity employing the skills of the various EQ members.

Within the team, specialist teaching skills and childcare expertise combine with professional competence in the great outdoors. EQ as Trainers gives an insight into how we interact with our fellow professionals. Many organizations throughout Bulgaria have opened their doors to the ‘EQ road-show’ as we sometimes describe it. We make a big impression and have had a transformative effect on how teachers, social workers and youth workers approach their work.

Event organization for children is a constant preoccupation. There is consensus among our various media partners – nobody does it like EQ! Huge fun and educational at the same time, everything seems spontaneous. It’s certainly true that the team members are great improvisers but meticulous preparation and attention to detail help a great deal.

We are fortunate to have one of the best teams of English-language translators, interpreters and editors in the region. We’re pretty handy with Russian as well. Having taken on assignments within academia and in fields ranging from medicine to tourism, we are reckoned to be fast, proactive and excellent value for money.
